Step 1:

Make sure you Sign up to be a OSU Seed Lab Customer

Complete these steps to become a OSU Seed Lab Customer so that you can access your test results, PDFs of the Seed Testing Report of Analysis, invoices including paying your invoice online and more!

Step 2:

Complete a Form or Certificate to send in with your Seed Sample:

Non-Certified and Commercial Samples:

  • Sample Certificate Online (Preferred)

  • To create an online commercial seed sample certificate by logging in through OSU Seed Services Website then select Create Online Seed Sample Certificate and select the sample type "Commercial"

  • Seed Test Short ORDER Form 

  • PDF (blank form) - (Fits most sample bags)

  • Seed Test LONG ORDER Form 

  • Fill out Page 1 and include it with your sample. Additional instructions can be found on Page 2 and additional seed sample information can be listed on page 3. Ideal for special projects and multiple samples when ordering the same tests.

  • Hemp Seed Test Order Form 

  • This order form is specific to hemp samples. Fill out Page 1 and include it with your sample. Additional instructions can be found on Page 2.
